“I picked up wings tonight not realizing my wife ordered Them 30 minutes ago. When I picked up the food, the fries were lukewarm, and that wasn’t Wingstop’s fault. I didn’t realize it and brought it to the attention of the cashier and she mentioned the order was 30 minutes old. At that point, the manager immediately had the fries remade and gave me fresh fries. That’s what I call customer service. I am so impressed in the food is always so good.“

“In Denton for a business trip and decided to try this place on a whim through Uber eats. I can definitely understand why they have such high ratings. I ordered the half chicken spicy and a stick skewer thing with rice cakes and lil sausages.

Absolutely delicious. The chicken was INSANELY crunchy even after being drenched in their spicy sauce AND delivered which I can only assume was done 20-30 after it was finished cooking. That shows just how good of quality the food is. If it's still VERY good on delivery then it's gotta be phenomenal in person.“

“So good,I didn't know this was boomer jacks it just said boomers outside,had I known we wouldn't have gone ,lucky we didn't know.Last time we had Boomer Jacks in Frisco it was awful everything was just not good.This location was by far so different, service was great,drinks were great,food was incredible everyone was so kind.The whole vibe was just so great,it was actually my husband's birthday and we had drove to Denton to shop for a little bit and ended up at Boomers,by reading a review on Reddit about a good burger at Boomers so there we landed . “I placed an order online but after working 12 hrs I did not verify the store location and ordered it at another store. When I went to pick it up they said they did not have the order. I called the other stores and was told that because the food was ready they could not refund me. Which was fine, it was my mistake after all.

The manager heard this and called the store as well. After a discussion he told me that was not right and he was going to take care of us. This is why we come here, they are great people and take care of their customers first and foremost. Thank you again guys.“

“The service at my visit today was phenomenal. I am happy they added a self-checkout machine to help the workers move back and forth less. The cashier working named Jordan provided excellent service for me and the other guests present. Very professional, very quick and very polite. I've had great experiences every time I've came here since this establishment opened, but this time was the best.
