Domino's Pizza in Arlington

“We order for delivery and have for about 10 years or more. I'd say that most orders are correct, but sometimes they dont put toppings to the edge and too much sauce, even when you ask for lite sauce. Sometimes, not cut all the way through, but our over all experience in all these years has been good. I didnt like that today we had to add an extra item just to be at the minimum of $15 to deliver. My daughter is autistic and to have to go and get her out and then get us back in is just too much sometimes.“

“Pizza is always A1. Ordered a medium size parmesan stuffed crust alfredo and sausage pizza which was cooked to perfection. Also ordered the boneless plain chicken and wasn’t impressed because they’re so small which I won’t be ordering again unless it’s bone-in.“

“I placed an order for delivery as you can see from the picture, this is the pizza that was delivered to me when I called the lady answer the phone. I believe she was a manager very sweet lady apologized offered to send me a pizza right back out and offered some cinnamon twist as well apparently upon her investigation this was not the location that sent me the pizza because I did call in order over the phone. I called the same number, but unfortunately it was dispatched to another location apparently so the lady still continued to red my order send it out nice fresh and hot so I do recommend the Domino on random mail very professional the second young lady that delivered the pizza it was hot fresh and I wish I would’ve took a picture of it, but I was so excited I started eating it right away anyways I just wanna commend this for outstanding customer service above and beyond to correct the problem that wasn’t even there in the first place thank you so much“

“I just wanna thank you so much Jamey you were so amazing and nice !! Went tonight and I got vag pizza and I asked him nicely to wash his hand because I can’t eat pork and he was working with the pepperonis !! And he was so respectful and did wash his hand before doing mine and he was working by himself and doing his best to get the orders out !! Thank you James“

“Pizza is pizza sure! BUT, What makes it stand out isnt just making sure the quality is 💯 but the service. Look i’ve been in a bad mood and in a good mood when the delivery guys come. Some handle some DO NOT! This Dominos delivery guy Andrew (yes I actually asked for his name) needs full recognition! The guy has the upmost professional attitude, humble and so kind. Loves his job and is always promoting “ tell your family n friends, we’re the best…!” Come on. Hey Big Kahuna at Dominos at 2177 in Arlington- these r the employees ya’ll need to keep at all costs! But seriously thank you Andrew for being outstanding!“

“I had ordered a few pizzas on Friday- they were really good, but, idk if it's the carbs or what that made me feel super full after just 2 slices😞 ahhh I think I'm gonna have to re-evaluate my choices next time! Hopefully they have healthier options 🤔

“The food always gets out on time and the place is very close to where I go to college, making it a short trip to get my delicious pizza!

Dietary restrictions: I can’t eat dairy so I get my pizza without cheese. I’ve found dominos to be cheap and also accommodating in this regard. There is never cheese on my pizza and sometimes they even call to confirm I do not want cheese. I will say some of the items on their app (wings, tots, and breads) are not totally clear on weather they have dairy in/on them or not, so it’s best to call ahead of time if you need to confirm.“

“My only regret/complaint is that I was not able to tip online and I don’t always carry cash so having to stop at a store prior to getting my food just for the purpose of getting cash back so I can tip could be avoided if there was a way to tip the deserving people that make amazing food and have wonderful kind customer service online or in the app when I place my order. They absolutely deserve their tip! Other than that I always have a great experience! Thank you to the awesome kind workers at this location!“

“I am going to shout out Jay Y!!! I have had multiple orders that were incorrect from this location and I have called and never been able to be settled. It’s not about the reimbursement. It’s about the quality of the order when I order it not me coming in to pick it up or pick something that they messed up that’s the whole reason of delivery. jay Y Was above and beyond with this customer service, even though I feel like he just came out of training or stated something about coming out of training he went above and beyond to bring me the sauces that were added to my order! Shout out to him because like I said, I’ve had multiple problems with this store. We need more people like Jayy Y! JAY Y FOR STORE MANAGEMENT!!“
