Flying Fish Reviews
It was terrible service. I came in and ordered catfish meals, crab legs to go. They brought them to me, but they were on a platter for Donnie. Flying Fish is a highly-recommended seafood restaurant with a unique atmosphere. While prices have increased and portions have shrunk, the food is still cooked to perfection and reasonably priced. The Salmon Fillet, grilled in garlic butter, is described as amazing and a favorite by some customers. The Crawfish Chowder remains a standout dish, with its spicy flavor making it worth trying. The Caddo Plate Special has also received praise, being noted as great for date nights and family outings. However, some diners have mentioned concerns about the size of the Catfish filets, which they found to be too puny and thin compared to other places. Fast service and a cozy ambiance make it a great spot to dine, but the value could be improved, especially with reports of cold new potatoes and occasional flies in the restaurant. Despite some issues, the grilled red snapper with grilled zucchini and squash was enjoyed by one visitor. Overall, Flying Fish offers a mix of delightful seafood dishes in a pleasant setting.
