The Large mango tea is supposed to be in a large foam cup! They do that in Glenn Heights and in Waxahachie, but this location seems to have a problem.
When will I learn that this location always screws up?? No greeting at the drive thru...I could hear the employees joking among themselves about Halloween, though. I said, "Hello" and the employee asked if I wanted to order. Then I had to repeat the order 3 times. They STILL got it wrong and I had to pull forward and wait for the burger to be remade while the fries got cold. Brought out another burger and it still had cheese. They don't seem to care at all.
Sausage breakfast jack....not that hard to get right. No sausage and who the hell put mustard on it. I have ordered the many times and about 50% of the time it's wrong. I call to complain and no one answers the phone. McDonald's service has you beat!
