Phở Pasteur Restaurant Reviews
My girlfriends and I had such a PHENOMENAL dining experience at Pho Pasteur in Arlington! The food was absolutely amazing! My Vietnamese girlfriend told me that it was the most delicious and AUTHENTIC Pho she’s eaten, since moving to America. She said that the food at Pho Pasteur reminded her of being back in her home country! The restaurant is very clean and modern, and the young owner Van is so incredibly professional, kind and handsome! He went above and beyond the call of...read full review
My daughter and I went for dinner on yesterday_ been to multiple Pho locations and nothing special about this one. The Pho broth has no flavor & is bland. No sriracha available or soy source which was strange.. oh they bring it to you in small to go cups and the spring rolls taste like paper.. the peanut sauce was water.. my opinion _ very disappointing.. this was my 2nd try with them since their revamp
We just placed an office order. One of our orders had a bug in the food when we got it back to the office. They refused to refund all of the orders only the one with the bug. Won’t be back there

Phở Pasteur Restaurant is a clean and organized eatery with a large parking lot. The pho is consistently delicious and generous in portion. The service is friendly, ensuring customers have a good experience. This authentic Vietnamese restaurant has been a favorite for years, offering classic menu items and new dishes that impress with each visit.
The restaurant's decor is typical of a Vietnamese pho establishment - nothing fancy, but it works. Customers praise the fresh and well-prepared greens, as well as the zesty and flavorful Vietnamese egg rolls, which are a standout menu item. The pho broth is hot and satisfying, though some find it a bit cloudy and brown. The noodles are smooth and hold up well in the soup, while the meat toppings receive mixed reviews, with the fatty brisket being a highlight and the rare steak being a disappointment when it arrives fully cooked.
In addition to the pho, the restaurant offers a varied menu that caters to a wide range of tastes, including dishes like Pad Thai, which customers have described as among the best they've tried. The prices are very reasonable, and the overall dining experience is described as chill and enjoyable, with a service that is straight to the point.
