“It’s taken a few days for me to write my review- I’ve just been super busy- but really want to say how much I appreciated Crystal the other day. She was so well informed on my drink and making sure it was dairy free. She gave me suggestions that I had no idea about. And she was very personable and nice. I do hope you can figure out how to help more of the teenagers that go to the high school across the street. They have a very short lunch, so they can’t take too much time, and they definitely can’t pay allot for their drink, but need to eat healthier than just fast food options.“
“I normally do not give 5-star ratings to any place because I tend to see a decline after I do. I pray that is not the case for this store. Because I travel for work, I normally frequent Smoothie King for either breakfast or dinner. That being said, please know this is one of the cleanest ones I have been in by far. Not only are they clean, the atmosphere is so inviting. The customer service is top tier. Cade B. has waited on me quite a few times since my newest assignment. He is the nicest, warmest, person I have met in a long time. Don't know if he is single ladies but he is very easy on the eyes with the kindest spirit ever...IJS. The store is truly worth a visit to get your daily serving of vitamins and fruit. Thank you store 696 for changing my mind about Smoothie King because I was almost done with the franchise as a whole.“
“Keyniyah a location #1223 in Arlington Texas has one of the best attitudes of any employee that I've ever experienced that any smoothie king. Her upbeat attitude, professionalism, speed of service, and overall customer service was above any and all that I've ever received. She should be commended for having a great attitude all the time. It is a pleasure coming to this location when she is there. This is my second time experiencing her excellent customer service.“
“They were so busy but didn’t let that show. Maintained positive attitudes and even put my smoothie in a bigger cup so that I would get the whole blend! That never happens, but I’m happy to say this store really knows how to act with intentionality. Thankyou smoothie king!!“
