The Keg Steakhouse + Bar offers a mixed dining experience. While some guests found the service and food quality to be great, others had issues with overcooked steaks and appetizers not made to order. However, the staff went above and beyond to make celebrations special, with one server even ensuring a memorable birthday and anniversary celebration. In a heartwarming gesture, another family covered the entire meal for one group, leaving them extremely grateful. The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. One guest felt their waiter was attentive and superior for the job, wanting to return again in the near future. However, another guest experienced less than superior service due to their server being busy with a loud table. This resulted in a lack of bread plates, delays in receiving extra butter, and needing to remind the server for refills. Salads and steaks were brought by someone other than their server, and steak knives were not brought prior to the steaks. The guest also observed a used napkin on the floor by a reset table, which a female employee simply tossed onto the table.
