The owners are top notch, hard working folks! This is definitely the best mom & pop BBQ we’ve ever had! Highly recommend the chopped beef sandwich it is sooo good. They also have a Mexican restaurant in Athens called Cinco De Mayo, which is outstanding.
A great little BBQ place right on Highway 19. I was pulling a long trailer and called ahead to see if they had parking. They let me park parallel to the highway and were eager to get me to stop. I'm glad I did. Great food and even better people! I highly recommendDietary restrictions: I can only have sugar free items. The young lady was very helpful.

I have driven past this place for a long time and finally stopped in. What a treat it was. They have daily specials and this day was "free dessert" with any plate. So naturally, I got ribs and brisket with my free banana pudding. The ribs were sweet, and the brisket was very tinder and seasoned well. My only negative thing to say about the meal was that they placed a ladle worth of bbq sauce over the meat while plating it all. I like to try the BBQ without the sauce before, but...read full review
