Had a really good experience at Al Demashqi. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were very generous. Everything tasted well-seasoned and made with care, and the staff was friendly and welcoming the whole time. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving Mediterranean food and I’d happily come back again

Okay, I'll be honest. Based on the location, some of the reviews, and the initial service I received, I was very skeptical, but this was the best or one of the best beef and lamb shawarmas I've ever had. Super juicy and moist, the meat was incredible.

I drove about 20 minutes to pick up my order, and instead of receiving my food or getting help resolving the issue, I was accused of already taking the order and sending someone else to pick it up. This accusation was completely false. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation professionally, the conversation turned into blaming the customer over two sandwiches. A simple apology and effort to fix the problem would have been enough.

Your response still ignores the main problem. My order was given to someone else, and instead of taking responsibility, I was accused of sending someone to pick it up and then coming back myself to try to take it again. Why would anyone try to scam a restaurant over two sandwiches? What made the situation worse was the unprofessional way I was spoken to afterward, including being told not to order online anymore and that I would have to pay only cash in the future. I also have the messages showing how this was handled. Mistakes can happen in any business, but the way customers are treated when a problem occurs is what really matters. Unfortunately, the communication and professionalism in this situation were very disappointing.
