Food trucks are the best. I’m not sure why they just are. I’m temporarily living at a friend’s house while my house is being remodeled and needed a new Asian spot for orange chicken. I found it. Some places have an overpowering orange tasted but not this one. The fried rice is as good as it looks. Average wait for an entree is about 10 minutes. I recommend going to try them out.
I ordered the salt and pepper chicken wings, with the jalapeño fried rice. Wings were large and had great flavor. The jalapeño fried rice was also very good. I would eat that entre again or try something new.

I waited a bit to write this review. I've ordered their lo mein, kung Pao chicken, shrimp with rice, orange chicken, and egg rolls. Each different dish multiple time now. They are consistently good and fresh off the frier.The shrimp dish I order did have the fried shrimp whole, which I enjoy. Although that might not be for everyone. Might double check when you're ordering.
