Just went there and not only is the food so good, drinks are incredible, and owners are kind. Will return!
It has a dark and funky vibe, and the service model is an unpolished mix of samples (good) and beepers (bad). We had machete tacos, which were expensive for what we got. The chief feedback for the team is that the plastic ware are completely not up to the task on the machetes, and as a result eating was a bit out of control and beefier napkins were unavailable. The aguas fresca were great and ample.

Aparicio's Austin Tx is a friendly place with top-notch machetes like the carne asada machete. The food is amazing with great flavor and spice level. The portions are generous, easily feeding two people. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Wheelchair accessibility is available. Bonus drinks were included when ordering close to closing time. A highly recommended spot for delicious food in Austin.
