We ordered a custom ice cream cake from this location, and it was ready on time and made exactly to our specifications. When I went to pick it up, I noticed several employees working hard, and there were plenty of pre-made cakes on display that looked amazing. They also had a good selection of ice cream flavors, though I can't comment on the taste as I haven't tried Baskin Robbins' ice cream before.

As for the custom cake, it was absolutely delicious...

I'm an ice cream person, so I'm going to enjoy a creamy frozen treat almost regardless of what flavor or where I get it from. But Baskin Robbins is for sure a teir above what you can buy at the grocery store. I got the chocolate peanut butter and oreo cookies and cream, and they were very creamy and delicious. My only complaint is that when we come here, the workers are somewhat standoffish and uncomfortable and hard to track down. The space is shared with a Dunkin Donuts,...

Good, but need more dairy-free options.Staff was nice, friendly. Place was clean. Atmosphere was nice. I just wish they had more than 1 dairy-free option. Come on Baskin Robbins, it’s 2021. People are dropping dairy at an enormous rate. Have you never heard of paleo diet? How about veganism? How about countless other diets that are now telling us to cut out dairy? Other than that, you guys are great, you’re just missing out on a skyrocketing dairy-free market.
