BBG's was such an incredible experience! As tourists from Canada, we were looking for a fun place to enjoy the atmosphere, and Harrison, our bartender, absolutely made our night.
Harrison is the life of the party! His energy, charisma, and genuine hospitality brought so much life to the place and made us feel so welcome. He went above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience, and his positive vibes were contagious.
If you're visiting BBG's, make sure you stop by Harrison's bar, you won't be disappointed. He turned a great night into an amazing one, and we'll definitely be back next time we're in Austin! 🍻🇨🇦

Order what DoorDash said was Austin Burger Co. found on stickers on burger box saying Texas Burger Co and online neither was found but BBG’s was the address. Kinda crazy correct so we received burgers and was very disappointed due to amount I paid for this garbage. $65 later I received 2 burgers one was missing bacon, bland, loaded with a jar of mayonnaise , a slice of lettuce and no cheese. The fries were burnt and tasted like a leather boot strap burnt in potato fryer. The other burger was a double meat cheeseburger with bacon. Another brand burger with 7 pieces of a beef patty on bun with bacon pieces and fries just same as others. I sound exaggerated right, not hardly I feel embarrassed for the individual that prepared them and the manager who agrees with the type of service this BAR serves. Yes bar. Beware don’t get robbed by this bar.

Very bad experience this happened to me twice in one day. I placed my order ahead of time and also gave the restaurant a little bit of extra time cause I know they are a bit slow. So I arrive 30 minutes after I ordered only to be told that they haven’t started it yet. Then I was told specifically that it would take three minutes and then continue to wait for another 15 minutes. The lack of communication between customers picking up orders is not very important.

As a SXSW volunteer, I was looking forward to the free lunch, but the experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. The staff member assisting us, Kailey, was dismissive and provided minimal information about the menu, prompting another volunteer to leave. When my order was ready, it was placed on the bar without any acknowledgment, and her demeanor noticeably changed when I asked for her name.
While the event itself was excellent, volunteers deserve respectful treatment, and this interaction fell far short of expectations.
Went in looking for the Manchester City - Newcastle United EPL game and they got it on straight away on the TV closest to me so didn’t even have to move
The barmaid Jaydin was great, really nice to chat with and great service!

Had fried chicken here and wow, it was so good. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor. You can really taste the love they put into it. The portions were generous, and everything came out hot and fresh. The place itself has a nice, friendly vibe, nothing fancy, just good food and good people. The staff were super welcoming and made sure everything was right. If you’re craving real fried chicken, this is the spot. Simple, delicious, and totally worth it.

Ridiculous payout of ~$4.00 and crappy customer service at the Texas Soup and Sandwich/ BBG’s Expo on 6th street:
Talked to the manager Tyler about the crappy customer service from the employees there each of the past entire time that I've come to pick up orders there for delivery and he was just an extremely rude folk and unsafe environment for all the customers and I and he was very irresponsible in hearing what is going on and what they're doing to us just for picking up orders and how their mistreating us by giving us bad attitude and talking rudely to us plus he was very rude and did not even give me an opportunity to finish speaking, was just interrupting me was very rude when I clarified to him the very unsafe rude environment from his employees all the previous times including this one that I've been there and how they treat all the customers including us and then he immediately tried to brush off all that I was saying whenever I would up about the his employees misbehaving with me each time I would speak to him and then he went on as far as to say that we do not need to be going there anymore and tolerate his crappy bad service employees and unsafe environment which is not my fault and it doesn't have anything to do with me. That place has serious issues. Who would do that? Nobody does that.
