Blue Apsara Reviews
Heart touching Khmer food. So flavorful and the owner Mr Kim are so friendly. HIGH RECOMMEND don’t think twice!! Oh they papaya salad are my fav.
The food here is exceptional! Some of the best spring rolls I’ve ever had. Flavors are excellent. Highly recommend!! Must try!!
I’m sorry, but the bread for the nompang sach is a bit too tough to chew. If possible, please try different brand of bread :)
The meat and pickles inside were really good, though!

Based on the reviews, Blue Apsara is a Cambodian restaurant and food truck in Austin. The food is incredible, fresh, and flavorful. The beef sticks, papaya salad, sticky rice, and prahok ktis all tasted as if family had made them. The Fish Amok was fantastic, and the spicy Prahok K’tis with pork belly was delicious. A tremendous sandwich is available with incredible bread made by the owner’s son. The service is exceptional, friendly, and attentive. Everything is made to order. There is outdoor seating by the truck, and customers can also sit inside at the plant store. A coffee truck is nearby. The food is authentic and great for anyone trying Cambodian cuisine for the first time. Blue Apsara is a hidden gem in Austin.
