This was our first time here and it was delicious! We got the fry bread and cheese enchiladas. So yum! The service was awesome as well!

I had breakfast here this morning and it was delicious! I had the 2 eggs and salsa with queso, black beans and papas. It truly was amazing, I also got to try the green chili grits DELICIOUS!! If you're in South Austin 45 you must go by and see them!! Excellent customer service too

I would highly recommend the red tamal, pork posole, and savory empanadas! The blue corn dog is great for novice palates and both desserts are excellent (buí±uelos and fry bread) for those with a sweet tooth. Everything is made to order with fresh ingredients.

My favorite food truck at Thicket with awesome New Mexican green & red chile. I love all the dishes there, maybe the fry bread with smoked pork is my favorite, but I love the blue corn stackers and the enchiladas.

I have eaten here three times and I am now hooked!! The enchiladas are to die for! And the blue dog corn dog with a side of yucca fries is amazing. My favorite however is the pork stuffed fry bread! Wow!

Just got home from out-of-town and immediately went to Blue Corn Shack for some green chile enchiladas, blue corn stackers, and fry bread fold with pork. Yum! You just gotta try this cuisine
