Vegan options available! I’m not vegan but I did try 3 regular and 1 vegan and all were delicious. I tried the strawberry cookies and cream, banana and apples cinnamon she had a menu and even some visuals, which made it even harder to choose if you can believe it or not. If you have the chance, please try them.
Everything about these cheesecakes is wonderful. The funky airstream, the charming owner who puts love and joy into her exquisite creations, the intense and distinctive flavors... I bought an assortment and have savored every morsel. This business is precious and exactly the kind of business we should support.
