I finally found a place with a barista that cares.
Came a week or two ago with some friends- and even though we were asking questions and ordering a plethora of drinks- our barista Robin was extremely polite, kind, respectful, and patient with us. (I don’t have certain drinks they offer here in my country!)
She was patient and even helped my friends out with extremely educated recommendations.

Stouthaus Coffee - Thicket is located in a food truck park. The food truck park is nice and the Stouthaus Coffee trailer is cute. When I go, I usually order an iced almond milk latte with no syrups. The staff is friendly and the coffee is great.

Stouthaus Coffee - Thicket is easily one of the best coffee companies in the city, offering a great experience. The espresso is smooth and great, perfect for coffee nerds. Popular drinks include delicious lattes, a unique and tasty dirty chai latte, and tasty iced vanilla lattes and lavender iced lattes. They have fun specials and rotating featured syrups, like a well-balanced maple blueberry, alongside year-round syrups such as lavender and vanilla. Their matcha is good as well. The atmosphere is nice under the trees, often with live music on a Saturday early afternoon. It is great for a coffee while the kids play on the play structure, which is mainly for smaller kids. The staff and owners are incredibly friendly, kind, and wonderful, providing great service. They pair nicely with a breakfast taco from CJ's Tacos. With affordable prices and great coffee, it is a highly recommended local business.
