Came to Austin for vacation, ended up eating here 3 mornings in a row. Absolutely fantastic food, very unique options, and great service. There is a constant rotation of new items, tried the special, the smoked blackberry jam chicken biscuit the first day (which was by far one of the greatest things I’ve ever eaten), a smoked onion and jalapeño cheddar bagel with bacon egg and cheese add chipotle queso the second day. and the third day had his new special which was a shishito pepper honey butter chicken biscuit and my gosh what a creation. Brooklyn breakfast shop definitely can throw down, would recommend to any out of towners looking for breakfast or maybe even your new spot for locals. The food truck is a food truck park and has amazing atmosphere and vibes with many other great businesses within a stones throw

When I first ordered from here I really liked it, now I feel like the food has gone down in quality. The portions are big so that’s nice but the food lacks some flavor (salt?) the biscuits look homemade but flavor is not all there. Service is a hit or miss, sometimes you get not so friendly people, sometimes you do. Overall I’d give a 3/5, I do enjoy sitting out there in a chilly Austin morning.

I got the “sweetheat” and it was very good. It has the perfect amount of sweet and spicy. Not too much heat to where it’s overbearing to eat it all. The chicken and egg were cooked perfectly on top of some delicious pickles. Definitely recommend trying out this area. It was $12.50 but definitely worth the price, the portion was huge and fulfilling. We also go their jalapeño bagel with sausage and that too was delicious.

Ordered the breakfast bagel with jalapeño, eggs, cheese & sausage. Overall a great sandwich. The sausage didn’t have much flavor. Bacon might be the better choice.

My favorite place to get breakfast in Austin! I usually just go for their homemade bagels but one time I got a spicy chicken sandwich on a homemade biscuit and it was insane! Can’t wait to try more!

This place is great! Passed by this morning and picked up their breakfast special: a breakfast sandwich made out of two maple pancakes, sausage, egg and cheese. Let me tell you… it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had. It’s a definite must-try!

At Thicket Park, this breakfast spot is a stand out! My partner got an everything bagel sandwich and I got the new grits bowl special. The bagels were fluffy and delicious! The grits bowl and sausage exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be going back for me!

Really upset, they gave us a bland tasting sandwich (had no seasoning at all) bun was soaked at the bottom. It became soggy in a matter of 2 minutes. There were half of the ingredients missing on the sandwich. This was $16 sandwich with taxes + tips.

I don’t understand the high ratings for this place…my hash bowl was just big chunks of boiled potatoes with zero seasoning. The entire bowl lacked seasoning, and the bacon just tasted like oil. My husband had the Szechuan chicken sandwich, and once again, zero seasoning. We were both thoroughly confused…and super bummed.

This has to be one of the best breakfasts in Austin.. Everything is made fresh and I love their French toast specials. It's a great place to sit and relax while eating some top notch food.

This family is pumping love out of that kitchen. OMG. Homemade biscuits, bagels, and English muffins. The biscuits taste like Grandma is in the oven, protecting the recipe. We felt right at home. Also, the take on Philly cheesesteak using barbacoa was a culinary genius.

Always amazing! Service is great every time we go, and the food just gets better and better. My brother is from out of town and has to have a bagel sandwich every time he comes home. Absolutely would recommend this place, 10/10!
