Some kid puked in the tubes play area and we told employees which walked in there and just looked around never looking where we told her where it was. Then some kids went into the play area we mentioned it, but employees just let customers play. So my wife got upset and told them we would call Health Department if they didn't address the issue. So they ask customers to get out and put trash cans to block door. While we were there I had to explain to other Spanish speaking customers...read full review
A kid threw up inside the playscape- not sure when, but my kids found it.
Not a big deal, until you have to notify staff 3 times- and still nothing is done to close off, clean, and disinfect the area.
They only closed off the playscape because we kept asking them to. The kids found the issue before it was my turn to order food, and even after we waited 20 minutes to recieve our food, and another 15 or so to eat the food... still nothing was done by the time we left.
