Stopped by to pick up beans to pull an espresso and not happy with what I got for the proint. Maybe I picked a blend not specifically mixed for espresso but the acidity was through the roof, an unpalatable amount. Better tasting notes, suggested brewing methods on packaging would be highly appreciated.
Absolutely some of the best coffee we've ever been lucky enough to drink. Our techs would stop living off Bang!'s and Rockstar's if they sold Medici Coffee in Circle K. Great staff, super clean location too. We've seen behind the curtain and still frequent the business, which should tell you everything you need to know. Just moved to town and quickly learned this is the local mini-chain. It’s definitely a step up from Starbucks and a few other cafes I’ve tried. I was relieved to find decently strong coffee here after buying a series of weak coffees.
