About Captain’s Pizza Company (Food Truck)

Captain’s Pizza Company (Food Truck) is a highly praised pizza spot located inside the Far Out Lounge. Known for their excellent dough made with imported ingredients from Italy, including flour, they serve pizza with impressive texture and flavorful sauce. The crust is perfectly balanced with crispness and chewiness, featuring a beautiful char on the bottom, and the toppings are fresh and generously applied. Popular choices include pepperoni, often enjoyed with hot honey, and their marinara sauce is highly recommended. The staff is friendly, kind, and provides fast service, even when busy. In addition to pizza, they offer sandwiches, such as the breakfast sandwich available on weekends, which customers find delicious. Many visitors are surprised by the quality of the pizza, expecting something greasy but instead getting an excellent meal. The owners display passion for their food and are involved in community events, making the experience even more memorable. Overall, Captain’s Pizza Company is a must-visit for pizza lovers in the south Austin area.
