The Rubye Taco was excellent
Great Flavor, the carnitas mix with chicharron was incredible. I highly recommend, Breakfast Tacos was good also

Carnitas “El Güero” on Cameron Rd serves the best carnitas in Austin, with great flavor cooked to perfection—not too greasy, not too dry. The carne asada combo comes with about a half pound of meat per person, salsas, tortillas, lemons, onions, and cilantro. The carne asada flavor is off the charts, soft and flavorful every time. The salsas—green, red, and onion with habaneros—are the perfect complement. Now they make fresh tortillas in house for all the tacos, also sold by the pound. The food has great portions, is high quality and reasonably priced. The spacious clean lobby has friendly staff who get orders out quickly. However, the service can be unorganized; one wait was 30 minutes for carnitas, and a worker did not offer the menu. Kids loved the spinning chairs. Perfect for quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and a good place to discover during South by Southwest.
