It's an embarrassment that the mayor of Austin endorsed this establishment as an Austin Icon. We waited over an hour and half for food and all we got was excuses and disappointment. This gets a down vote from me. ⬇️

Not sure why anyone would call this chili's 45th day??? Be sure when you order food from here you look at it to make sure it is cook right. I have tried ordering food from here on more than one occasion and everything I order it is undercooked. Now don't get me wrong Chili's has some great food but not this location. Even their Mac n cheese is watery.. If you go to the chili's on burnet rd near 183 their food is great!!! If you love Mac n cheese creamy and super good the burnet Rd location is the chili's to eat at. You can get a juicy cheeseburger cook good and not raw. Point is the chili's at 45th is not a place to eat. Go to the chili's at burnet rd if you want great food period.
