“I was so astounded by the cleanliness of this store that I had to write this review. I also told an employee about how mesmerized by the cleanliness I was lol. Genuinely impressed. Ontop of that, the lass rolling a burritto in front of me was struggling because it was double everything, happens; but it was completely full of juices as they do. Im so used to other locations just rolling the juices into it, making a soggy mess, She pressed harder, created a funnel from the foil and poured all the juices into a container before finishing the roll... Absolute professionalism. And THEN she was wiping down surfaces between orders. Almost seemed like I was being pranked, in the right way. As someone who moves and travels non-stop, this is easily the 50th chipotle i've been in. I've never seen this level of professionalism at any of them. Kudos“
“Amazing customer service and the quality of the food is top notch. Easily 5 stars, Fast and efficient service and fresh ingredients.
Vegetarian options: Chipotle has a whole vegetarian selection that their staff will walk you through.
Dietary restrictions: The amazing staff will walk you through the whole menu. They are extremely knowledgeable and also are well educated on allergens.
Parking: You can find parking but it is paid parking except on Sunday’s. Parking is free on Sunday.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to enter this venue.“
“We are so happy to have you all in Dripping!! The staff is so nice, it’s literally so busy since the moment they opened and they are just so pleasant. The food was as fresh as always. “Food was good but for some reason they tend to have the chicken extra salty. Don't recommend the chicken. Everything else is good. Staff are helpful, yet a little behind on prepping for customers(no utensils or napkins out so needed to ask for them)“

“I stopped by here with my son and sister about 2:50pm on a Sunday afternoon. We were visiting from out of state. It may have just been due to the time of it day, but it was difficult getting into the parking lot due traffic blocking the entrance.After parking and going inside, it was empty. I got my son the kids build your own tacos with white rice, pinto beans, and chicken. I got a chicken burrito with brown rice, pinto beans, veggies, and queso.It was warm outside (about 70), so we decided to eat in the patio area, which turned out to be nice. I noticed there is a view of the city, which is nice.I rarely eat chipotle but my sister loves this place. I enjoyed my burrito. There was a little spice to it but it wasn’t overwhelming. My son ate all his food and he enjoyed it. My sister, of course, said her food was a 10/10, lol. The staff were friendly and the store was clean. No complaints.

“Hate to be one of those people but had been craving Chipotle for awhile & planned on stopping for dinner right after a show at 10:50pm right when they were fixing to close. To my surprise everything was still in stock & such friendly staff! Food was hot & had everything I wanted! Thank you again!“

“This is one of 2 locations I only visit in the area. The portions are good here, but I advise that this location gets very busy. I recommend ordering ahead on the app. With it being known that it gets busy, when one finds a place to sit for dine-in, just know it probably will be dirty. If eating outside, local birds and insects will not shy away from your food.“
“My Grandson’s favorite restaurant is chipotle and I have to admit it is exceptional. He always gets the burrito and I get the salad bowl. We find the service friendly and accommodating. Have to give them a 5 star review based on our experience.“
“Tried to order through uber eats and received the wrong order twice. I went up there, explained the situation and they remade my order so quickly and apologized. I know it’s not their fault as it’s on the driver’s. and I appreciate the quickness they had“

“There rice is delicious and the pork chicken or beef and melted cheese on it even though is an extra dollar really good food and is right across the street from uta so stop shop for the students coming through and filling the whole place with a lovely atmosphere much respect to the staff and service was really helpful in selecting the dishes thank you“
“TLDR: This is a solid location with good people, and consistent food.
I started coming to this chipotle quite a bit in recent weeks. I have to rate this the #1 chipotle in Austin, probably tied with the South Lamar location. I mostly come in the evenings during the week so I can’t speak to how well it is for all hours during the day. But even the few times I’ve been outside of my normal it’s been solid.
The people at chipotle in Austin always tend to be cool people I get to know. This location so far strikes me as another good location with good people.
I get the same meal almost every time so I get a good sense of consistency in the quality of food and the amounts. This has been the most consistent chipotle I’ve ever been to, and so far I’ve never had the dry crunchy rice that you sometimes get.
The outdoor seating is more pleasant than most chipotles since it’s in such a walkable area.

“I had a Chipotle burrito bowl, and I must say, the quality of the ingredients was exceptional. Each component, from the tender grilled chicken to the perfectly cooked rice and flavorful beans, showcased a level of freshness that truly stood out. The wait staff was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. The addition of sour cream and salsa elevated the taste to another level, providing a delightful blend of creaminess and zesty flavors. This Chipotle location certainly knows how to deliver a satisfying and delicious meal. I overall had a best experience at this place“
“I like Chipotle. The only thing is they have down sized alot on servings!! I have to get double protein, which chicken is my protein of choice that you have to pay extra for, of course. But overall I have never had a problem at this location!“
“Wow! This location has truly turned itself around for the better and I’m officially ready to put my name behind supporting it.
The portion sizes, food quality, operational flow, and inventory supply (finally have the vinaigrette in stock every time I go ??) have improved drastically over the past couple months and my bowl has hit every single time.
As someone who has lived in a neighboring apartment building for the past year I used to go to this location purely for convenience and with the understanding I would receive the most mid chipotle bowl to exist. I’m not sure if they changed management or had an extra inspiring “players only” type of meeting, but they sure have turned things around and I’m excited to see the place running as a top tier chipotle should.“
“I enjoyed this Chipotle location. The staff here are fantastic – very attentive to your preferences when assembling the bowls and burritos. We had a chicken bowl and a carnitas burrito. All the meat was juicy and not overcooked, which is often an issue at Chipotle. The vegetables were fresh, and the team worked quickly. I was very impressed with the service. Chipotle was clean, with all the tables wiped down. A special thanks to the cook for not making the meat too dry. We really loved it – everything was delicious!“
“My go-to Chipotle spot but sometimes it can be hit or miss, I would say the portion sizes are average and sometimes below average depending on the shift. You might get skimped if you are ordering online or using the drive-thru they have. The employees definitely sometimes look fed up and you might not get the best service, but they get the job done. During peak hours, they get packed and might not have seats available. Nevertheless, the place is clean, food is often fresh, sometimes they might have lettuce that is on the edge, but overall not bad.“
