“I was in San Antonio, this was the first time in many years that I had gone to a Chipotle. It did not disappoint. I had the bowl with Steak, Black Beans, Brown rice, Guacamole, lettuce and homemade Pico! Delicious! We are getting one in Bastrop, very excited!“

“The dining room is kept clean as are the restrooms and the staff is great. My only complaint is that the brown rice gets dry and crunchy (probably too few people order it) and kinda wrecks the experience. But this is a really good place to eat if you like the white rice in your burrito.Vegetarian options: They have the fried vegetable option instead of meat. I've never tried it, but it looks good.Parking: It's a strip mall with a Target and While Foods and several other stores. Plenty parking spots, always.Kid-friendliness: No playground, but I see families eating there and they offer a kids meal with smaller portions (paper plate with compartments-- kids like that) and fruit.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors aren't automatic, but there are no stairs, anywhere in the building. All on the ground floor.“
“First off, let me say that San Antonio has some straight up NASTY food. Sorry, San Antonians , even the regular food places here are gross. However, I visited this Chipotle and came in around closing time I expected it to be nasty like 98% of the food here is, but I was wrong. And, I must say that even though this Chipotle didn't have all the ingredients that I wanted, my bowl was still super GOODT! Ion know how this Chipotle has a low rating, bc the bowl that I just had a min ago was BUSTIN'! They ran out of fajitas:( but my bowl was so Bomb! Ordered the steak salad with: lettuce, steak, fajitas (a half tablespoon from what was left over), corn, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and cheese topped on top of the guacamole, so that it doesn't stick to the top of the lid, AND green salsa on the side, because a little goes a long way. OMG, so tasty! And I was so expecting it to be not good at all, just like most of the food is here (in San Antonio) that I've tasted. But this Chipotle proved me wrong. San Antonio has very few, far, and in between food places that I like. This Chipotle was one, a true gem. Thank you, Chipotle, for being so dang good!“
“This is a good Chipotle. They have great tasting bowls and the employees aren't super stingey with the ingredients like some locations. I'd recommend coming here not exactly at 10:45am, when they open, but more like 11:30am'ish. Bc they're never fully prepared/ready to serve food at 10:45am, and there's always a wait for certain ingredients.“
“I was a little put off when I walked up to the counter and was the only customer in the location and had to wait 2 minutes while 4 employees all went about their business and did not even acknowledge me. Finally, the gentleman on the grill, who watched as several people walked by me, made his way up to the counter and took my order. He was great and made my burrito perfectly. The food was excellent.“

“Only been here a handful of times; cannot really comment on service and atmosphere since I did not dine in. The food was good every time I've gone and have not had issues with any of the visits.It had been awhile since I had Chipotle, but the food is still relatively good quality... and it seems like less meat is given than I recall.“
“The service was great, we liked the guy putting the food together. Restaurant was clean. The reason for 4 stars is because Chipotle offers very limited choices and some of their meat choices looked pretty dry, we didn't choose them (chicken and steak). The tortilla chips were extra salty with very chunky sea salt attached to the chips. The food that we had made was good though.“
“I visited at 8:30 on Feb 19th, and it was clear they were at the end of a dinner time rush. When I got to the end, they were out of an item I wanted, so I passed on it, no biggie. Then as I was sitting to eat, the young man ( small ponytail and a beard) kindly brought me the item in a side cup. He went out of his was and it was greatly appreciated.“
“We went for dinner, it was almost before closing time, the food was very abundant, the attention and support in selecting the food was excellent, the only detail was that the floor of the area where you ate looked dirty, many people came to pick up their food. food but those of us who were eating in the place saw napkins or cutlery thrown on the floor which in my opinion affects the image of the place, although a girl was arranging napkins and cleaning the drinks station, I don't know if it was because of this issue of the schedule was scheduled to clean until closing“
“Go here a lot, and the service is very inconsistent. Sometimes you get the happy "how may I help you" service, or you get what I got yesterday. No greeting, actually, no words at all from my server or the one making my bowl. ?secondly, they were very stingy with the servings. Half a scoop of rice and spreading it at the bottom of the bowl to make it seem like it was more. Idk. I was very disappointed even heard another customer two people down from me asking for more rice and chicken. It was very noticeable how small the servings were.I'll still go here it's close to my house. And we do like it, I just hope I go when the happy crew who likes to work there is working that day.“
“The Only reason I'm giving this a 4 Star is Sal's (I believe that's his name) customer service. I am a naturally bubbly person who gets to send off positive energy as I walked in for the 1st time at this location I was eager to try it out. Well known was greeted by a very Demonic numb zombie like young man who after I said hi how are you (mind you I was the only customer in line at the time ) he said "What do you want"? I said excuse me are you not going to return my greeting he said no, What do you want! I immediately asked one of the much more friendly and professional ladies to assist me and they did thank God. I TRULY want the staff to be careful with a person like him. He is very dark and has a terrible energy. Serving over 20 years in the military multiple deployments he is someone you want to be careful around. I truly pray for that young man. I am not trying to over exaggerate I pray everyone pays attention and watches him closely. On a more positive note the ladies were wonderful and the food was great! Unfortunately I will never come back because of this experience.“
“Chipotle is my go-to spot, huge part of that is thanks to their amazing manager’s. I come to this location every week-day. I am always greeted with smiles and great customer service. “Excellent Teamwork Came in during the lunch hour. There were four people ahead of us. I noticed the first guest kept asking way too many questions about the menu line, hence holding up the line. The guests in front of us were starting to get irritated by the first guest in making comments to themselves. There were only two workers serving the line. The others were prepping and did not help. The annoying guest continued to ask questions as more people were coming in, making the wait line longer. A worker from the prep decided to jump on the serving line and assisted those ahead of us. By then, several workers from prep started to help us and the others in the wait line. All teamwork! Everyone assessed the situation quickly and cheerfully. *Suggestion: Politely ask the guest to step aside and offer a nutrition book if they question the menu. Have only one worker stay with them 100% during their visit to assist them with any questions. The same worker will serve them personally until their departure. :)“
