“This is the best food. I think I’ve had all year. Everything was fresh. It was delivered to me as a gift, and it was the best gift. Anybody would have given me. They paid closer attention to what I ordered and guacamole was like so fresh, really everything is fresh is amazing.!!!

“I don’t know who was working today (5/16/26) But this is the best chipotle bowl I’ve ever had as someone who goes to chipotle probably every week.
The rice was so flavorful lots of cilantro, lots of lime
My bowl was packed!!!!! So full such a good serving size - all the scoops for each ingredient felt SO PROPORTIONAL.
AND THE CHIPS YALL!!!! Sooooo lemon zesty. 10/10.

“Not gonna lie...my coworkers and I were pleasantly surprised. In the west coast, Chipotle is dogwater and expensive. This Chipotle was actually decently priced and gave decent portions. Rice was seasoned and cooked properly. Meat was actually cooked properly and seasoned. My only gripe is when I asked for double meat. When they ran out of barbacoa after 1 1/4 scoops, they still charged me for double meat. The barbacoa container was replaced with a full one for the next customer behind me. Would have been nice to have the protein portion corrected or at least not be charged for the double scoop. Overall though it was a good experience.“
“Amazing experience! I love the way the food was prepared, the customer service, and the mood that the restaurant sets off. My recommendation is the Chipotle Honey Chicken. Usually, I don't typically like or eat spicy food, but this is decently mild. I would love to come here in the future! Personally, it seems better to come at around noon, as there isn't many people.“
“I came in at 10:50 because I get off late and this location was the closest I could make it to but they close at 11pm. The workers were polite & professional although they were closing they didn't make me feel like an inconvenience in fact they served me with pride & fully responded to any questions I had. Good service is hard to find especially at faster food merchants. Food was very satisfying.“
“Was double charged for guacamole. When I saw the total the girl realized I was about to ask why it was more than expected. That's when she told me she had double charge me....then proceeded to ask if I wanted the 2nd guacamole? Um, yes I want what I paid for. Of course is food is worth the subpar customer service.“
“Food has always been good here. Service I don't usually have a comment on because I order on the app but today I ask for a drink carrier and the employee said they didnt have any. So I asked if I could just get one big cup instead of 3 small ones. She said no which is just someone being lazy.“

“Food is always accurate when I pick up. Fresh warm and yummy. Sometimes they can be slow or not paying attention to when an online order comes in and I have had to wait maybe twice. Both times I get there ask for my order & nothing, then see the person pull a ticket and another few more come out. They get mine out fairly quickly. Place is usually clean and quiet in the evening.“
““T” is the best chipotle employee in franchise history? Ashley is the nicest most wonderful customer source service oriented individual I’ve ever met.
If I was a manager at this location, I was seriously suggest or consider making these people management of this location or owner of the company. They are the best employees I’ve ever seen in my life.“
“I had one of the best Chipotle runs ever today thanks to number 8 Avery and Lucas. These two are straight up awesome and made my entire experience feel like VIP service at a fast-casual spot.
Avery was a machine super friendly, lightning-fast, and actually listened to exactly how I wanted my bowl. They’re the reason I’ll be coming back way more often.“
“We LOVE this location. They're not stingy with their protein! This location is almost 8 miles from my house and we prefer it over the one that is only 1.3 miles away on Culebra and Ranch View W in San Antonio. I'd rather drive further for better service. One day, the Ranch View location will catch up, hopefully. One last thing, to Corporate Chipotle, please stop begging for tips for your employees. We pay enough and I'm not going with a 30% tip (default suggestion) just to ensure that no one spits in my food. Please remove this from ordering. If you want to deliver to my house, I'll tip in cash. Yes, I know I can change the amount, I do $2 and hope this is enough to keep the saliva away. Pay your employees better.“
“Just want to thank the team working lunch on 4/6/26 (around 12:15 PM). The online system glitched and our order didn’t go through for 16 people. The team went into high gear and banged out all 16 entrees in no time. Special thanks to the young lady working TO-GO, since she stepped into the line and was super fast to execute each entree, with modifications and kept everything flowing. THANK YOU!!“

Fresh ingredients, big portions, and endless ways to customize your bowl. It’s fast, flavorful, fresh and feels way better than Cava and any other typical fast food.
My 5 year old is also a big fan.“
“I used to go to the Chipotle nearest to me at least once a week until their quality began declining and they started getting super stingy with their portion sizes (that little spoon shake they do to reduce the protein portion was the last straw). I discovered this location a little further away and while it's still the same in terms of being up there in price, at least I feel like I'm not getting cheated and the quality is definitely there. Employees are nice and actually seem like they're trying to make you what you're paying for, as opposed to seeing how little they can get away with giving you. It's on my regular lunch rotation again despite a longer drive.“
“Personally I can’t complain about the food here or service even if you are dining in. I am a delivery driver and take food orders to customers for a third party company. Every time I get an order for a customer at this location I either wait so long for my customers food that the order gets cancelled, I get reassigned to another order or I am told the order is not in the store or has been picked up already. Of the hundreds of orders I deliver this is the only place that this happens and I feel bad for my customers who I have to tell that I will be late or that I no longer am delivering to them because of long wait times.
Update: this is no longer the case. There has been a vast improvement in delivery orders being taken care of with the same priority as the dine in customers“
“The staff tonight was great, there was a BOGO event so it was super busy. The biggest thing that caught my eye was THE MANAGER being rude to his employees. The line was wrapped around the lobby and he didn’t even bother to help.
Instead he was upset that there was a little bit of lettuce left in a different metal tin and was getting mad at his employee (that was helping with the line) then proceeded to walk to the back not helping anyone on the line or cook. Other than the manager treating his staff terribly, the food was good“
“I hadn't eaten Chipotle in months. I ordered on Uber Eats and went in physically. My steak burrito with queso was UH-mazing both times. The steak was seasoned, so soft, and tender. Great leadership at this location—thank y'all!“
“Love coming here, but it was a bit busy today. Kate was the only one on the front end line. I just wanted to praise her because she gave such fast and welcoming service to everyone despite the line of customers waiting. Will for sure be coming back! Keep up the great work Kate!“
