“This is the best food. I think I’ve had all year. Everything was fresh. It was delivered to me as a gift, and it was the best gift. Anybody would have given me. They paid closer attention to what I ordered and guacamole was like so fresh, really everything is fresh is amazing.!!!

“Was double charged for guacamole. When I saw the total the girl realized I was about to ask why it was more than expected. That's when she told me she had double charge me....then proceeded to ask if I wanted the 2nd guacamole? Um, yes I want what I paid for. Of course is food is worth the subpar customer service.“
“I don’t know who was working today (5/16/26) But this is the best chipotle bowl I’ve ever had as someone who goes to chipotle probably every week.
The rice was so flavorful lots of cilantro, lots of lime
My bowl was packed!!!!! So full such a good serving size - all the scoops for each ingredient felt SO PROPORTIONAL.
AND THE CHIPS YALL!!!! Sooooo lemon zesty. 10/10.

“The restaurant was extremely busy during the dinner rush, with a long line of customers, and Justin was the only employee serving the front customers. Despite how hectic it was, he worked incredibly fast, stayed organized, and remained polite and friendly throughout the entire experience. His excellent, speedy service really stood out and made our experience a great one.“
“Not gonna lie...my coworkers and I were pleasantly surprised. In the west coast, Chipotle is dogwater and expensive. This Chipotle was actually decently priced and gave decent portions. Rice was seasoned and cooked properly. Meat was actually cooked properly and seasoned. My only gripe is when I asked for double meat. When they ran out of barbacoa after 1 1/4 scoops, they still charged me for double meat. The barbacoa container was replaced with a full one for the next customer behind me. Would have been nice to have the protein portion corrected or at least not be charged for the double scoop. Overall though it was a good experience.“
“Amazing experience! I love the way the food was prepared, the customer service, and the mood that the restaurant sets off. My recommendation is the Chipotle Honey Chicken. Usually, I don't typically like or eat spicy food, but this is decently mild. I would love to come here in the future! Personally, it seems better to come at around noon, as there isn't many people.“
“Chipotle is a decent option when you’re looking for a quick meal. The ingredients usually taste fresh, and there are plenty of ways to customize your order. The portions can be generous, although they aren’t always consistent depending on who’s serving. The food was good overall, but nothing particularly memorable this visit. The restaurant was clean enough, and the staff was polite, though service felt a little rushed. Overall, it’s a solid place for a fast, customizable meal, and I’d come back when I’m craving it.“

“We come to the quarry a lot and thus, we frequent this Chipotle location quite a bit so consider this review trustworthy! Whenever we go, the staff is so attentive, prompt and kind. The space is also very clean most of the time . Lastly, the burrito making and folding is probably the best in all of SA. See attached photos.“
“Came in around 345pm on a Wednesday. Very dead inside but the workers were busy cleaning the dining room, line glass and kitchen.
Savannah acknowledged me walking in and stopped what she was doing to serve me. Everything was available, which isn’t always common in Chipotles so I got a bowl and burrito. All the food was great and well-portioned.
This location isn’t convenient for me, but I was in the area and heading home. I’d def stop by again.“
“Just want to thank the team working lunch on 4/6/26 (around 12:15 PM). The online system glitched and our order didn’t go through for 16 people. The team went into high gear and banged out all 16 entrees in no time. Special thanks to the young lady working TO-GO, since she stepped into the line and was super fast to execute each entree, with modifications and kept everything flowing. THANK YOU!!“
“The food is okay tasting. It's losing a lot of its flavor lately. One day I'll go in and I'll ask for a cilantro on my bowl, and they tell me, they don't do it because they don't wash the cilantro, which doesn't make any sense to me.Because they put cilantro in everything you think they would have to wash it. A couple days later and they let me have the cilantro. Is it a rule, or is it not?“
“I used to go to the Chipotle nearest to me at least once a week until their quality began declining and they started getting super stingy with their portion sizes (that little spoon shake they do to reduce the protein portion was the last straw). I discovered this location a little further away and while it's still the same in terms of being up there in price, at least I feel like I'm not getting cheated and the quality is definitely there. Employees are nice and actually seem like they're trying to make you what you're paying for, as opposed to seeing how little they can get away with giving you. It's on my regular lunch rotation again despite a longer drive.“
“This place rocks. Coming from out of state I’m used to chipotle skimping on the rations, but this locations pushed all that to the side and said “our customers deserve to eat a full meal”. Despite being low on food, they hooked it up and made my whole day. I love this place.“
“This Chipotle has truly set the standard for what great customer service should look like. Every visit, the team is welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in every interaction.
The food is consistently fresh, well-prepared, and appropriately portioned. My order is always made with care, and the quality is one of the many reasons I continue choosing this location.
What stands out most is the atmosphere they’ve created. The team works incredibly well together, has fun while staying professional, and makes every customer feel welcome. You can tell they care about the people who walk through the door, not just about getting orders out.

“Personally I can’t complain about the food here or service even if you are dining in. I am a delivery driver and take food orders to customers for a third party company. Every time I get an order for a customer at this location I either wait so long for my customers food that the order gets cancelled, I get reassigned to another order or I am told the order is not in the store or has been picked up already. Of the hundreds of orders I deliver this is the only place that this happens and I feel bad for my customers who I have to tell that I will be late or that I no longer am delivering to them because of long wait times.
Update: this is no longer the case. There has been a vast improvement in delivery orders being taken care of with the same priority as the dine in customers“
“Love coming here, but it was a bit busy today. Kate was the only one on the front end line. I just wanted to praise her because she gave such fast and welcoming service to everyone despite the line of customers waiting. Will for sure be coming back! Keep up the great work Kate!“
“The staff tonight was great, there was a BOGO event so it was super busy. The biggest thing that caught my eye was THE MANAGER being rude to his employees. The line was wrapped around the lobby and he didn’t even bother to help.
Instead he was upset that there was a little bit of lettuce left in a different metal tin and was getting mad at his employee (that was helping with the line) then proceeded to walk to the back not helping anyone on the line or cook. Other than the manager treating his staff terribly, the food was good“
“I hadn't eaten Chipotle in months. I ordered on Uber Eats and went in physically. My steak burrito with queso was UH-mazing both times. The steak was seasoned, so soft, and tender. Great leadership at this location—thank y'all!“
“This location of Chipotle, which is located on Broadway in San Antonio, Texas, is excellent!! I’ve visited a couple of times now to pick-up dinner to-go, and each stop has been great. The staff are very kind + helpful, the space is clean & well-kept, and my orders were made just as requested each time I’ve stopped in! Thanks, Chipotle! :-)“
