“Visited on a weekend evening, quite a crowd and togo order took around 15mins post waiting in queue. Online orders accepted. Food is good and fresh. Courteous staffs who attend each customer. Parking located infront of the store but less accessibility parking options esp over the weekends. Have a good dining.“
“Alright, I know 5 stars for a Chipotle sounds like a stretch, but this place is legitimately great and worth a shot if your in the area. The food is always fresh and for some reason, does tastes better than other Chipotles (I call them Chippies). It must also be said that the employees here are amazing. They always have my order ready and are incredibly friendly. Go for the steak, you will not regret it 👍“
“I had a fantastic experience at this Chipotle location this past Saturday night specifically regarding the freshness of the food and the stellar customer service.
Pros:
- Freshness: Even one hour before closing, the station was fully stocked and most everything looked appetizing and fresh.
- Service: These two ladies working the front were superb. They were patient and professional with a rude customer ahead of me, offered me samples when I couldn't decide on which meat, and maintained a nice and friendly attitude despite it being obviously exhausted at the end of the day. Thanks to her help I settled on the steak although that Carne Asada was pretty good too.
- Value: I love how I can get as much veggies and sour cream as my heart desires without getting dinged on the bill. Plus I was lucky and caught their BOGO deal for that day only, and $14 for two quality entrees is exceptional nowadays.
Cons:
- I didn't see any plain cilantro available.
- The red salsa is very heavy on the cumin, but I mixed it with their other lighter salsa for a more balanced flavor. I wish they didn't charge for extra salsa.
Overall, this would be a 4-star experience, but this specific location earned 5 stars on this evening for the exceptional customer service and their ability to keep everything fresh and high-quality even near closing.“
“I always go back to Chipotle because it's quick, filling, and always hits the spot. The ingredients taste fresh and you can customize everything exactly how you want it. It's a solid option when you want something fast but still good quality. The portions are generous, so it always feels worth it. Definitely one of my go to spots“
“Overall grwta experience here. They had all items on the menu available, place is clean, and friendly staff. 4 out of 5 since some staff was a pretty slow and/or new and in training which held up the line a bit but I'd return to this Chipotle anytime!“
“It didn’t surprise me when I saw this location has a low rating. There is clearly some disfunction from the General Manager and up. I’m not sure if it is a lack of training or strict waste control but there should be no reason why you are running out of chicken during a rush. Staffing seemed a little thin but still adequate.
The real highlight was Ashanti and Chase. They handled a busy crowd and an adverse scenario excellently. These five stars are for them, not the GM or AM or anyone else. The people above a shift-lead level need to invest more time and patience into this location. I don’t leave nice reviews often.“
“My Grandson’s favorite restaurant is chipotle and I have to admit it is exceptional. He always gets the burrito and I get the salad bowl. We find the service friendly and accommodating. Have to give them a 5 star review based on our experience.“

“This location is cleanm inrsge the food a 5 and service a 3. Although I want to clarify the service has always been super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The only reason I rate it a 3 is the inconsistent serving. I think chipotle should do a better job with the. The way they have the staff make your meal is just setting them up for this type of thing. I believe this has been a long time complaint of chipolte. Otherwise I enjoy a high protein salad bowl from here pretty regularly.“
“I had an amazing experience here due to Jocelyn’s excellent customer service she was so sweet and patient with us despite it being 45 minutes until close we need more people like her in this world she was very helpful and she genuinely deserves a raise!!!:)“
“Has anybody else gotten sick from this particular location? I had the new hot honey chicken bowl with veggies and my stomach has been killing me.(stomach bug) My coworker also got sick last week from this location and not sure what is going on but the food preparation has to be wrong temperature on meat or either they are cooking the meat too fast! Something is wrong here!! Beware if you eat at this location“
“I walked in and was treated by a really kind and warmhearted worker, her name is Jaida and she gave me more portions of food than I got anywhere else in MA coming from Boston. Love her enthusiasm and AL PASTOR chicken was extra delicious. Come check this store out!!“
“There rice is delicious and the pork chicken or beef and melted cheese on it even though is an extra dollar really good food and is right across the street from uta so stop shop for the students coming through and filling the whole place with a lovely atmosphere much respect to the staff and service was really helpful in selecting the dishes thank you“
“I have been coming to Chipotles of all kinds since I was a kid and to this location for good reasons. It firms up everything I love about Chipotle with its flavor and efficiency. The staff is pleasant to work with on my orders and genuinely care about their jobs and serving me. This place stands out when the service and attitudes from staff at other restaurants have been declining in this part of town recently. This was the perfect place for me to successfully experiment with online orders, as my order is correct every time and waits for me long before I show up, even at my designated pick up time. Plus, the restrooms are easier to access since they don’t have a code. This is by far my favorite Chipotle, as well as best eatery in the Parmer/McNeil area.“
“Wow! This location has truly turned itself around for the better and I’m officially ready to put my name behind supporting it.
The portion sizes, food quality, operational flow, and inventory supply (finally have the vinaigrette in stock every time I go ??) have improved drastically over the past couple months and my bowl has hit every single time.
As someone who has lived in a neighboring apartment building for the past year I used to go to this location purely for convenience and with the understanding I would receive the most mid chipotle bowl to exist. I’m not sure if they changed management or had an extra inspiring “players only” type of meeting, but they sure have turned things around and I’m excited to see the place running as a top tier chipotle should.“
“We are visitors. Very good food. Don’t listen to one star reviews. These are miserable people who can’t be happy with anything, not even the color of the sky makes them happy.
This is just like every other Chipotle. Good food, reasonable price, hardworking people. Have been a loyal customer for a crazy long time so I know what I’m talking about.“
“I been coming to this location for a while and the service just keeps getting better, as soon as I walked in multiple team members greeted me, the food was warm and tasty, I tried the new lime cilantro sauce and it’s fantastic, great job the team and management of this chipotle 👏.
