“I would like call myself a connoisseur of chipotle, I like going out and enjoying a nice burrito. I’ve gone to many other chipotles and I can say none have been like this one. The employees are always lively and make sure everything tastes great and the line is clean. I especially enjoy coming in the weekend mornings and getting to chat with the cashier. Over all it’s for me personally my favorite chipotle and I always recommend my friends to come here“

“This is the best Chipotle in Austin hands down, and I always pass a couple locations that are closer to me just to go here. The food is always the freshest, and the employees are all literal angels who sometimes already have my order waiting for me as I'm walking in the door because they saw my car in the parking lot. They're my community and I would take a bullet for any one of them! LOVE THIS PLACE“
“usually every time I come here the managers are rude so I tried to avoid this location. A couple days ago I came in with a friend and I believe Cynthia is who helped us out, she was very fast paced and did an amazing job at making my bowl she truly put the best portions and was nice the whole time we were talking i loveeee employees who can multitask and have the best conversations while preparing our food. I wish I could know what days Cynthia works so i can go only when she’s there lol“
“Overall grwta experience here. They had all items on the menu available, place is clean, and friendly staff. 4 out of 5 since some staff was a pretty slow and/or new and in training which held up the line a bit but I'd return to this Chipotle anytime!“
“It didn’t surprise me when I saw this location has a low rating. There is clearly some disfunction from the General Manager and up. I’m not sure if it is a lack of training or strict waste control but there should be no reason why you are running out of chicken during a rush. Staffing seemed a little thin but still adequate.
The real highlight was Ashanti and Chase. They handled a busy crowd and an adverse scenario excellently. These five stars are for them, not the GM or AM or anyone else. The people above a shift-lead level need to invest more time and patience into this location. I don’t leave nice reviews often.“
“This has to be the cleanest and nicest chipotle I’ve been to in Austin. It’s clean and the food is fresh! LIKE ITS ACTUALLY FRESH! the meat actually taste fresh and warm. The lettuce is fresh. I’ve been to stassney and South Park, but honestly this is the cleanest chipotle I’ve seen. A big thank you to Ms. Chrissy Lou great service and very welcoming. This might be my new go to chipotle!“

“My Grandson’s favorite restaurant is chipotle and I have to admit it is exceptional. He always gets the burrito and I get the salad bowl. We find the service friendly and accommodating. Have to give them a 5 star review based on our experience.“

“A ton of chipotles will give me trouble usually over changing out the lettuce or the employees washing their hands and changing their glove before my order because I have celiac disease, but this one did an amazing job. The female employee changed out her gloves and washed her hands with no complaint, changed out the lettuce and fully took over my order down the entire line to make sure I was safe. They did a great job.“
“I had an amazing experience here due to Jocelyn’s excellent customer service she was so sweet and patient with us despite it being 45 minutes until close we need more people like her in this world she was very helpful and she genuinely deserves a raise!!!:)“
“Has anybody else gotten sick from this particular location? I had the new hot honey chicken bowl with veggies and my stomach has been killing me.(stomach bug) My coworker also got sick last week from this location and not sure what is going on but the food preparation has to be wrong temperature on meat or either they are cooking the meat too fast! Something is wrong here!! Beware if you eat at this location“

This Chipotle location in Austin is one of the best I have ever visited. The ingredients are always incredibly fresh and the portions are generous making every bowl or burrito a truly satisfying and delicious meal. The line moves quickly and efficiently even during the busiest hours and the staff is always friendly, attentive and happy to customize your order exactly the way you like it. The restaurant is kept clean and well organized which is always a great sign. Whether you are grabbing a quick lunch or fueling up after a long day Chipotle in Austin delivers a consistently excellent and great value meal every single time. A go-to spot that never disappoints!“
“I can't even explain the gratitude I have for all workers at this Chipotle but especially for the person running the online orders. I had specified I was sick, with the flu specifically, and they knew exactly how to help. Whoever they may be at 7pm-8pm on July 10th deserves everything the world is able to offer, thank you for your kindness.“
“I have been coming to Chipotles of all kinds since I was a kid and to this location for good reasons. It firms up everything I love about Chipotle with its flavor and efficiency. The staff is pleasant to work with on my orders and genuinely care about their jobs and serving me. This place stands out when the service and attitudes from staff at other restaurants have been declining in this part of town recently. This was the perfect place for me to successfully experiment with online orders, as my order is correct every time and waits for me long before I show up, even at my designated pick up time. Plus, the restrooms are easier to access since they don’t have a code. This is by far my favorite Chipotle, as well as best eatery in the Parmer/McNeil area.“
“We are visitors. Very good food. Don’t listen to one star reviews. These are miserable people who can’t be happy with anything, not even the color of the sky makes them happy.
This is just like every other Chipotle. Good food, reasonable price, hardworking people. Have been a loyal customer for a crazy long time so I know what I’m talking about.“
“I been coming to this location for a while and the service just keeps getting better, as soon as I walked in multiple team members greeted me, the food was warm and tasty, I tried the new lime cilantro sauce and it’s fantastic, great job the team and management of this chipotle 👏.
