“I been coming to this location for a while and the service just keeps getting better, as soon as I walked in multiple team members greeted me, the food was warm and tasty, I tried the new lime cilantro sauce and it’s fantastic, great job the team and management of this chipotle 👏.

“Of all the Austin locations I’ve been to, this one consistently has the freshest chips.

Most other Austin locations almost always have stale chips.

It’s a small but enjoyable difference that makes it worth the further drive for me.“

“This is the best Chipotle in Austin hands down, and I always pass a couple locations that are closer to me just to go here. The food is always the freshest, and the employees are all literal angels who sometimes already have my order waiting for me as I'm walking in the door because they saw my car in the parking lot. They're my community and I would take a bullet for any one of them! LOVE THIS PLACE“

“All five of my stars are for Emsley. She was doing it all. Running the line, cashier, and when the men's room was down and my son had to go, she said we could use the women's room. Another employee told us we had to go find another store that he could use the bathroom at.“

“Fastest Chipotle i’ve ever been to! and to top it all off there was only 1 staff member on the line! Not sure what her name is but she’s a red head, tall-ish. She handled my order with such quickness and efficiency, all while maintaining great customer service!“

“Called regarding a mobile order asking them to go light on other items and completely load up on the cheese, and they went above and beyond. The manager quickly looked up my order and was genuinely fantastic about it, understanding I just wanted extra cheese. Highly recommend this location, but please don't take advantage of their kindness and ruin a good thing“

“Went in today for a pick up order and while waiting I saw the girl on takeout line absolutely killing it. She ran over to the grill and was cooking/seasoning then helped at the check out and then back to the take out prep. She was absolutely in the zone and GOAT! When she finished not only my order but many others and handed it to me (with the biggest smile) I just had to ask her name.. so VIOLET here’s to you and your EXCELLENT work ethic! Give this girl a raise!! Will absolutely be coming to this location more often! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 oh and food was on point! Fresh and made exact to order (my order had lots of things on the side that most mess up but. NOT VIOLET!)“

“A ton of chipotles will give me trouble usually over changing out the lettuce or the employees washing their hands and changing their glove before my order because I have celiac disease, but this one did an amazing job. The female employee changed out her gloves and washed her hands with no complaint, changed out the lettuce and fully took over my order down the entire line to make sure I was safe. They did a great job.“

“It didn’t surprise me when I saw this location has a low rating. There is clearly some disfunction from the General Manager and up. I’m not sure if it is a lack of training or strict waste control but there should be no reason why you are running out of chicken during a rush. Staffing seemed a little thin but still adequate.

The real highlight was Ashanti and Chase. They handled a busy crowd and an adverse scenario excellently. These five stars are for them, not the GM or AM or anyone else. The people above a shift-lead level need to invest more time and patience into this location. I don’t leave nice reviews often.“

“I was hesitant to go in because there were so many people walking in. I thought it would be a long wait, but they moved the line quite quickly. There wasn't a lot of indoor seating. It seemed like most people took their orders to go. I will say, across the board., Chipotle has the most uncomfortable seating of any of the fast food places.“

“This has to be the cleanest and nicest chipotle I’ve been to in Austin. It’s clean and the food is fresh! LIKE ITS ACTUALLY FRESH! the meat actually taste fresh and warm. The lettuce is fresh. I’ve been to stassney and South Park, but honestly this is the cleanest chipotle I’ve seen. A big thank you to Ms. Chrissy Lou great service and very welcoming. This might be my new go to chipotle!“

“Overall grwta experience here. They had all items on the menu available, place is clean, and friendly staff. 4 out of 5 since some staff was a pretty slow and/or new and in training which held up the line a bit but I'd return to this Chipotle anytime!“

“I came in with a gluten allergy and soon as I mentioned it a gentleman named Henry came up from the back and put into place their procedure for people with gluten allergies. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge Henry had and his ability to teach those around him about the procedure as it seems they weren’t familiar with it. I am very thankful for Henry and how he handled everything!“

“I visit this Chipotle location several times a month, especially because it’s conveniently located near my job and I also live nearby. I stopped by on September 7th, and I had a really pleasant experience.

The entire crew was friendly and welcoming. I don’t remember the name of the person who prepared my food, but I remember the cashier, Logan, because his name was on my receipt. Everyone was working well together, and the service was great.

My bowl was delicious, the portions were good, the restaurant was clean, and everything was fresh. I even took some food home, and it was just as good. 😊

I especially want to give a shout-out to this crew because they were doing a great job. They were friendly, efficient, and clearly working well together. Please keep up the great work! This is exactly why I keep coming back to this location.“

“Surprised to find out that it's good! First time ever there, today, yes Sept 2026. Their promotion for free quesadilla obviously worked: I'll be back, now a customer of yours!

The quesadilla was crazy good. I've eaten approximately 10,000 TexMex meals (yes ten thousand). And these are among the best quesadillas ever!! They use authentic traditional cheese, and the tortilla is grilled. It was packed with cheese and meat, utterly delicious. Truly.

But their sides were also really great! I'm stunned, and sorry i haven't been coming here prior to today.

Now their app? Well... they have some bugs to work out. After a little bit of trouble I was able to get it to work. The staff was extra helpful and I appreciate that. I'll definitely be coming back here!“

“I had a great experience Friday night in large part due to Kade. I’m used to Chipotle workers throwing food in your bowl as fast as possible with little care. I appreciated Kade taking his time when building my order and being attentive to my specifications.
While my steak was a bit fatty, my overall experience was great due to Kade service.“
