The restaurant was extremely busy during the dinner rush, with a long line of customers, and Justin was the only employee serving the front customers. Despite how hectic it was, he worked incredibly fast, stayed organized, and remained polite and friendly throughout the entire experience. His excellent, speedy service really stood out and made our experience a great one.
Worst location ive ever been to. Girl working acted like I was bothering her at work. Food was not the greatest and did not taste same as before. The rest of the staff was just walking around the restaurant. It was wild.
Tried to pawn off old stale barbacoa meat.Then the front man was saying its all they had....The other nice young lady ch3cked the drive thru bin and found good juicy Barbados and she apologized for it.The manager there was cooking and didnt seem to care when the young man told him aboit tje issue.This location needs better customer service.When I come here and spend 15 dollars on a bowl I expep3 t it be just like the commercial shows ot to be fresh and delicious.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a busy restaurant with a great team. The staff is incredibly kind, fast, and polite, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Despite being busy, they work incredibly fast and stay organized. They care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The food looks great and fresh, and the restaurant is very clean inside. Some customers had great experiences with specific staff members, who went above and beyond for them. However, one customer had a bad experience due to cleanliness issues and contamination. The staff's attitude and customer service are A-1, and they make the experience a great one. Customers appreciate the excellent service and will definitely go back. The restaurant's food is great, with some minor issues, but overall, it is one of the best Chipotle locations. The staff's friendly and welcoming nature makes customers feel valued and appreciated.
