they seem inconvenienced when you ask them for something they dont have readily available. Its 5pm, why dont you have fries or mac? and if they are behind on making food, like the actual chicken, you are stuck in the 1 lane drive through with no exit strategy besides jumping the large curb. Been here 20min waiting (another car in front blocking the drive through). Easy solution: tell them to wait in a parking spot and run it out to them like every other fast food chain.
