when i tell you i am patient with any kind of customer service worker i am not lying SOMEHOW this chipotle seems to have messed up 4 times in a row, the cashiers are always nasty rude it’s crazy, from wrong orders to crazy wait time for online orders i simply do not recommend i went in on dec 12 2 pm whoever was working needs to improve

Really poor customer service from the lady working the serving line at noon on July 19. Spoke as if she was on drugs or something. Kept skimping portions and had to ask her to add more or would’ve had a half empty bowl👎 Store smelled awful too

This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The portions were ridiculously small compared to every other location I’ve visited. On top of that, the staff were not friendly at all. When I greeted the person at the counter with a simple “How are you?”, she didn’t even bother to respond — just ignored me completely.
What made it even worse was how she treated the customer ahead of me. He accidentally didn’t make it clear that he only wanted three tacos and no bowl, and even though he apologized for the misunderstanding, that woman displeasure was written all over her face. Watching how she treated him made me really uncomfortable as well.
I will not be coming back here.

I usually go to this Lamar location to get my chipotle bowls, but this time the staff was really stingy in making my bowl, as you can see in the picture. This is a full bowl that I purchased along with the half of a cup sour cream.
Don’t come here, go to another chipotle to buy your bowl!
