This location’s chicken is constantly overcooked and salty. Today I went for lunch and ordered and then at the end the cashier rudely says that it’s cash only. No sign on the door or mentioned by the person who prepped my food. Now I can’t pay and she says “thanks for making us waste all this food”(middle-aged Latina cashier). Worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced in my life! Never coming back to this location.

Hit or miss. I have ordered here in person w no issues, but today I placed an online order. The place was packed w people, they were super behind. My bowl was the least full bowl I have ever had at a Chipotle in my life. One forkful of carnitas. As another person stated, I got robbed. If I ever go back, I won't try ordering online again. What a shame. Usually a bowl leaves me feeling stuffed or I can save some for later. I am still hungry, bowl empty.
