Food in church chicken is always good, but, I gotta say I couple of things, 1st. I waited for like 20 min for some tenders, when I got it and started eating it I realized that it was cold, my gf food was alright but my tenders were cold, like if they made it 1 hour ago (so I don't understand why I had to to wait so long) then I went to replace it for some fresh tenders and they exchanged it for me and surprisingly they were cold as well, not counting that they throw away my ff and didn't have more ?.So maybe I just had bad luck this time, but something like this shouldn't happened in a business as big as this one. And the 3 stars reputation say it all.

The lady had attitudeI, I wanted a two-piece dark she said it would be a fifteen minute wait, so I got two wings and the wings were very small , if I wasn't so hungry I would have left.

The Hispanic girl who is at the checkout, her customer service was very bad, she said she didn't speak Spanish and she didn't look for a way to help, she treated me very rudely and not only to me, but to everyone, it's a shame that because of this type of staff they lose clients, the truth is that I would not like to return to this place if she is going to serve me, I did not want to take a photo out of respect but I am sure they will know who I am referring to, the food has nothing to do with my opinion

Chewy chicken, no seasoning. Not worth it at all. Very disappointed. The only saving grace was the biscuit. Also $2.79 for that portion of fries? Ripoff… less than half a damn potato. The whole thing tasted like it was thrown in the microwave for 30 seconds and given to me. Never again, church’s… idk why people speak highly of this dump

The drive thru is Very narrow. Larger cars and trucks will have a very difficult time getting through. I have a 2500 Chevy Silverado, and I had to scrape my fender i order to get through. there was such a long line behind me that we could not back up. They need to have this posted.
