The pastries are delish, compared to supermarket bakery. Not quite the same as the local bakeries, but for the price, it's great.

Great options and prices. Very tasty croissants and the best bread!
A staple of Austin Tex-Mex since I could remember. Over the years eating at this location the food still taste the same. It is bit on the heavy side but my choices now tend to be a healthier menu selection. I always enjoy the chips and salsa especially the green sauce. We arrived to walk to the bar area where I found a table. The bartender came by and ordered a frozen margarita. Looking back now I really cherish of leaving the home and experience being pampered with service where I can just sit and relax and enjoy snacking on chips. I decided on crispy chicken tacos which had a rich full flavor. The bartender was friendly. We always get quicker service here versus in the dining room. This place gets pretty busy at lunchtime where we arrive early and when we left there was already a wait. We had another great experience and counting the days where we can go back inside to enjoy another meal.
Our food was delicious and the service was great! They have delicious tasty chips and jalapeño ranch dip! Will visit again!
great wait staff, good food!! love the atmosphere and the prices. very tasty!! go there any chance I get.
Everything I have eaten at Chuy's is great. Love me some Chicka-Chicka Boom-Boom. Love forward to trying other items on their menu.
I think the guys in the attached liquor store get tired of telling Californians that they don’t have Kirkland brand liquor.
Had the velvet chicken enchiladas for lunch- they are fantastic! Served piping hot with great flavors. Service was very efficient. Chuy's has the lunch rush down to a science. Overall cleanliness: average Bathroom cleanliness: average
Our family ate lunch here. We were seated right away even though we had 9 people. The chips are crispy and delicious and the jalapeño ranch is TO DIE FOR. their salsa is chunky and has great flavor. I ordered Chicka Chicka boom boom. It was super tasty the chicken was great, no gristle or fat pieces. The rice and beans was nothing special. We also had an order of guacamole and it was good. The atmosphere is super funky and fun. One entire ceiling is covered in hubcaps. My husband had the taco salad and said it was just ok.
We'd go more often, but this place is usually packed. If so, go after 3pm for Happy Hour and free chips and queso bar. I always order the Chile Rellenos. My favorite with the deluxe tomatillo sauce.

Great place as always with good food. Different location than the main one but more easy parking here. Excellent service.
The best part about this place is the happy hour. Somewhat decent margaritas and or other spirits and you get to enjoy a free nacho bar. Yes, it’s mostly troth food but will satisfy a light craving. As far as Tex Mex Food goes it’s fair at best. There are much more authentic and less crowded Mexican and/or Tex-Mex restaurants in the area.
Tex Mex chain food that is decent. I prefer spicier more Sonoran Mexico style but the chips here are good and they give you a lot of food for the price. Service was good too. One of the items was wrong on my plate and they brought out a second item made correctly. No complaints, I'd go again.
The cheese pizza, hot dogs, and berry smoothies are my favs!
