Costco food court is my number one place to get food and it's because of the $1.50 hotdog and soda. You cannot go wrong with that. I would bypass any fast food for that. Cheap, fast, and delicious. Cannot go wrong with Costco food. Usually get a slice of pizza or a hotdog combo. Pizza is decent, tangy sauce, salty cheese, meh crust. Hotdog is almost always preferred for me unless I am craving for a slice of pizza.
