This was undoubtedly the finest meal I've ever eaten. The experience is engineered to be relaxing and likeable. Even though you're dining at a fine dining restaurant, the small setting and environment feels much more like a lovely dinner party among friends. Our two sushi chefs, Nguyen and Charlie were as skilled and knowledgeable as could be and it was wonderful to watch them cutting and prepping sushi while talking and answering questions. The courses prepared by the back kitchen (warm courses, dessert, etc) were delightful as well. We finished the meal unable to stop talking or thinking about what we just had and I can't wait to share the experience with more people.

Fantastic sushi experience for those that are willing to adventure. The owner and his secondary are crafting amazing pieces for you while having great small talk with the guests. Non-Nigiri plates are brought out from the kitchen looking spectacular. This is an intimate experience for a limited group size.
