I was recently let go from my employment as Head Barista at EDG Coffee. They are a company that is owned by people who have deep roots in Christianity. Values and beliefs that I grew up with, but no longer identify with. When they swiftly offered me the job, I accepted and also made sure to make it clear that I am not a Christian, but I will be completely respectful of their religious views even though they are not a part of mine.
