I’m not a “zero stars if I could” kind of gal but this location is a zero stars location. Do yourself a favor and order your Einstein Bros at a different location because this one is not on your side and let me tell you why. This morning I arrived at the drive thru at 10:06am, did not place my actual order until 10:18am (which I had to repeat 3x because the rep couldn’t retain the information or actively listen…. Bottled OJ was the said information btw, she kept asking me what size lol). I ordered a turkey sausage and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel with one egg. I received a jalapeño cheddar bagel with aioli sauce and felt rushed out of the window and disconnected to the woman operating the drive thru. Please take the time to review what customers ordered before rushing them out of the line to improve your drive thru times. I’ll do my part by double checking before I leave the window but this completely dampened my morning. I want my money refunded but unfortunately that would require going back to the store and i don’t have the capacity to deal with the poor attention to details.

I’m not sure how to get zero stars. I went back a fourth time and they got the order wrong. I went through my experience so they knew the importance of getting it right. It’s not rocket science. 3/4 of my bagel was perfect. The last quarter, rather than putting regular cream cheese, they went ahead and put veggie/onion cream cheese just on that last order. That seems a little intentional to me. I’m waiting to see how they’re going to make this right because replacing it is not really an option because I don’t plan on going back .

The bagels at this location are on point. Perfectly chewy with the right amount of favorite ingredients and cooked to perfection! My entire family loves Einsteins. Everything bagels had very little everything on the top and NONE on the bottom. They have nothing on Bruegger’s bagels! Stopped here instead because I didn’t have the time to head to Bee Caves Bruegger’s.

I used to order a big box of bagels and a coffee carrier once a month or so for team meetings, but recently their online order system has lost the option to schedule a pickup ahead of time. Also nobody answers the phone when I call! Guess they don’t want my business. It’s a shame, because the bagels are good.

I have always seen the Einstein bagel stores around town. I always thought they look kind of cute but I’ve never went inside one. Then when I was in Atlanta airport, I decided to order a sandwich bagel. It was really good. So last Friday I ordered, two sandwich bagels for my husband and myself and a few extra whole bagels. I love that they have the poppyseed bagels and the cinnamon raisin bagels. I also purchased the strawberry cream cheese for the cinnamon raisin bagels. It was so excellent that I had to order it again this Friday. Also ordered the strawberry and cream strudel which was fantastic. I have to say that the ingredients they use must be very clean. I don’t feel kind of gross like some fast food. I will definitely be going back at least once a week. Please visit this location so that it doesn’t close.

I’ve been here several times and it’s always been a positive experience. Service is quick and the staff friendly. The manager is engaged with staff and customers and everything runs smooth. And of course all of the products are fresh and prepared properly. One of the best Einstein’s I’ve ever been to!
