Incredible tacos! Tried all 4 specialty meat tacos and love all the salsas that came with!
I accidentally came across El Bajío Mexican Food Truck after seeing other reviews, and I’m glad I gave it a try.
The food was pretty solid overall, and I was happy with what I got. The consommé had pieces of beef stew in it, which made it extra satisfying and really hit the spot.
This was a nice food truck find and definitely worth checking out if you’re craving solid Mexican food.

Simple bacon egg and cheese breakfast taco was delicious. The owner Angie is more than helpful. Highly recommend for both the food and the service!
