Never have had a bartender more accommodating, Gustavo was more than exceptional and went above and beyond with my drinks. I will be coming back as long as he’s making my drinks!
The tacos were great and drinks were made fast. Theres live music and a see-saw on the roof. Well stocked on limes.
Mike is great at what he does! He took care of us back in February and made some strong recommendations that really turned our vacation up a notch. Really cool dude, and really fun bar!

El Cockfight is a fun little bar with a lively atmosphere and a relaxed, local feel. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere stands out: stylish, welcoming, and full of great energy. The rooftop is fun and lively, with loud but not overbearing music. Fresh, hand made tacos are available for sale (tent style, order yourself). Drinks are well-made and reasonably priced. Bartenders are friendly without being pushy, though one interaction with the bartender Dylaan was met by a particularly condescending response. The vibe leans energetic, good music, people actually having a good time, so it’s better for a casual night out than a quiet drink. The crazy maze of dark stairs is all part of the adventure and experience. An amazing bar, easily the best on the entire street. Solid spot to start the night or hang out with friends for a few rounds.
