El Cuarto Bate is an amazing food truck offering authentic Puerto Rican food. The food is fresh, delicious, and very authentic. Everything is made to order, and the service is so kind. The owner is a great and wonderful guy who is so positive and puts love into the food. Customers recommend the Mofongo with garlic sauce shrimp, tostones with fried pork, empanadillas, Tripletas, arroz con gandules, rice and beans plate with carne frita, and the MVP sandwich (Tripleta) in Pan Sobao. The passion fruit lemonade is also very good. The location is now at 5326 e Hwy 71, Del Valle, TX 78617. Customers say it is still worth the drive to eat good food here.
