Take out, second time I give it a try. First time got chicken bowl and chicken was raw. Gave it a second try today at 2pm and got beef torta. I have been stomach cramping and vomiting since 6pm. Never again for me, please check food regulations are being followed for safety.

The food tastes good here, however my reason for this rating is because on Several occasions I come to the restaurant and they ask what I would like, but they NEVER give me what I ask for. I’m tired of that. One time is an accident, maybe twice, but almost all the time.. if you’re just going to give me what you want me to have I should be able to pay whatever I want to pay. If you don’t agree then start getting the orders right. I ordered a burrito with NO beans I said no beans three times. They put beans on it anyway. That’s happened more than three times. Not just at this location but almost all of them do that. I ask for only green sauce, but they give me red sauce anyway. I was in the drive thru and I asked the lady before I left if she gave me green sauce and she said yes. I get down the street and looked and there’s red sauce. I bite into the burrito and there’s beans ?? ? it’s a shame because I love the way the chicken tastes but the service is trash at this point. There wasn’t a language barrier either the lady spoke good clear English.

Probably the best beef fajita quesadilla I've ever eaten !
The fact that the people working speak zero English is alarming... The employees can't understand what you're saying in an English speaking Country is really worrying. How are these people even able to be in the U.S let alone Work.... I can't even order food because these people won't learn some simple English. I'm sick and tired of this country.

I love el pollo Rico, but I won’t be coming here no more. First off they forgot to give me my side of rice, I had to walk in and get it. Second my order didn’t come with sour cream or what usually comes on it , second the drinks tasted really bad. We didn’t finish our food because it wasn’t good at all.. don’t recommend save ur money go somewhere elseParking: Ok
