Excellent 1/2 chicken with excellent onion, usual sides. I missed living in the neighborhood near the #2 North Lamar location. I stopped by at a slow time of day, polite staff and great food. Took to go, but the place was clean and ready for business later on in the day. Grabbed a couple neighborhood newspapers as I left.
Good food, good service, quiet location... Will definitely return again.
I got the half chicken and a burrito, and overall I was pretty pleased with both. The pricing is kind of in the middle. There are definitely cheaper fast food options out there, but nothing that tastes quite like this.
