Stellar food and stellar service. This is my 2nd time here and Ember Kitchen never disappoints!

The food was absolutely incredibly. Definitely the best chicken I've ever eaten in the world, and second best fish. Everything was full of flavor and the staff was absolutely perfect.

Wow! What an extraordinary dining experience! From the moment we walked in the door for our Girls Night dinner, we were made welcome and treated as true guests for our visit at Ember. The appetizers, cocktails and entrees were five star. Our server was an absolute doll! We will return again and again.

Do not order anything on their “special” menu. All of there steaks and seafood are 100$ or less, so you would assume that the specials are within that price range. The specials are not on the menu. My girlfriend and I were on a date night, and we typically are okay with spending a bit more money on date night.....not 360$ for a single steak. Yes you heard me 360 DOLLARS FOR A STEAK. A steak that wasn't even that good compared to other restaurants and also took them an hour to bring it out. Honestly pretty upset as I've never experienced this before from any other restaurant.

The food is outstanding and the drinks, too. The hamachi appetizer is the best. I had the filet, another best. My husband had the pork and the beef tallow potatoes... really amazing food. The cocktail menu is deep with mezcal and everything is elevated. Only bad thing: I don't like the basement seating. They have tried, and the tables area is nice and cool, but the tables are way too tight and it's way too loud. Try to get your Reservation on the main floor or upper floor. I used open table and 'general seating' is code for the basement. I love the staff and menu, and it's 5-star. The Jospur grill makes the best meats and seafood.

We had a fabulous experience! Right from being greeted by the hostess to the server. They really make feel special. The food was totally amazing!

Incredible flavors, octopus appetizer, chicken, filet were excellent, background music made it difficult to hear waitress. Highly recommend!

The food was fantastic! I am not a huge fan of plantains, but the homemade pancakes and the whipped cream allowed the plantains to supplement the dish perfectly. I had the chorizo hash as well. The ambiance is amazing, will be back again for brunch to try more. Very impressed!

They might want to move the band a little bit away from the tables. Love ember, but we literally couldn't hear eachother because we were sat right next to the band. Everything else was good

First time here. Brian our server was fantastic. I had the scallops and my nephew had the filet mignon. Both were excellent-well cooked and beautifully presented. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We normally love Ember, but our recent experience was awful. We had only a party of 6 but spent over 800 which is OK. However the food was cold and VERY slow. The waitresses (yes two) were not attentive. Will not be back for a while.

Service was fabulous and the food very interesting and delicious. My husband said the espresso martini was amazing.

Easily the most underrated restaurant in Austin! I bring all my friends here when they visit from out of town.
