My favorite restaurant in Austin. So good I went back 3 days later! It actually felt like I was in Lima.

Highlights: salmon crudo; crispy beef fat potatoes (one of the best potato dishes I've ever had); dry-aged ribeye off-menu special; wagyu steak; half chicken (great citrus marinade); morita shrimp (flatbread is a little too doughy); maiz y chocolate dessert; suspiro dessert.

Wouldn't get again: Golden Hour Spritz pisco cocktail...
