I was searching for hot coffee near me and Even Keel, thankfully, showed up right by me. I walked in looking for a hot coffee and Evan explained to me that they were a cold brew coffee spot. Evan took the time to explain his process to me and let me try his cold brew before deciding. I need to add my voice to the choir here and say this cold brew is amazing. Best cold brew I’ve had in Austin. The owner is also a super nice, personable guy. Give this place a try if you have not already. You will not regret it!

I don’t normally do caffeine. Just as a personal choice. But a friend of mine and I went on Google Maps to find a coffee shop and found Even Keel.
He only does cold brew.
Listening to him talk about his craft literally made me want to order one. It is so good. This guy cares deeply. You can taste it in the product.
