Great Firehouse! Ordered 2 sandwiches for a dinner and they were made within 3-4 minutes. Absolutely insanely fast timing. I was super happy with the kindness and helpfullness of the employees; they were quick and exhibited the integrity and attentiveness of a model team. All in all, this was a superb establishment with more than enough attention to detail.

Messed up my order. Requested a refund online and was told that they “do not have access to digital or in-store order transactions. Therefore, we do not have the power to refund the transaction.”
I have a photo of my receipt showing the line item request for ‘no onions’ and the sticker saying it was “checked for accuracy”
I also have a photo that very clearly shows onions on my sandwich.
The bread also tasted pretty stale.

I purchased my food and when I got home it had mayo and which I cannot have and my husbands bread was old and stale. The food was uneatable for us to eat it. By the time I was home and noticed they were closed. I called about the issue the following day or so and the gentleman I spoke with about a simple remake, advised that they cannot look up orders from previous and basically I am just out of luck. SO FIREHOUSE SUBS I DONT APPRECIATE YOU TAKING OUR MONEY AND US NOT GETTING PROPER SERVICE TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. BUT I GUESS YOU ARE OKAY WITH TAKING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY AND KEEPING AFTER PROVIDING POOR SERVICE.
