Jovita did a great job packing orders, calling out orders, and taking orders all at the same time. She is polite and efficient when working. She didn’t make me feel like a bother at all, she was happy to have my business and it was a really great interaction. (Food service these days is hit or miss) but my experience at this 5 guys today was wonderful, there were 3 ladies on shift from what I could see and they made some yummy burgers! Thank you Jovita and ladies for a good lunch and experience at 5 guys today! :) I took my food to go and it was still fresh and hot when I opened the bag!

Food wasn’t what I’m normally use to the I don’t know because I came in the store at 9:00 ( still no excuse) but the cheese on the burger not even melt the burger is barely hot fries disgusting mixed with fresh and old fries. Very unhappy about it and no juices available at the machine only soda. Really defeat the combo deal y’all have every one don’t drink soda.
update: I called the manager Jesse to speak of the matter he stated “you saw how busy we were” lol and this who y’all have representing y’all. Do better five guys do better.
To go orders are super oily. You guys need to use plastic bags for to go orders, or figure out a way to prevent the brown paper bag from getting everything full of oil. When I pick up a to go order, I definitely don't put it on the car seat, so I put it on the floor. But then the oil gets all over the upholstery/mats.
