Love this place!! The gumbo always hits the spot and they have the best blackened fish. The desserts are amazing too. Misti makes the tastiest drinks and they hit too
when I'm craving/missing NOLA this spot does the trick. Delicious food!
Excellent food and excellent atmosphere, as a cook myself you can tell the roux the was homemade. Not to exaggerate everything was beautiful and very very tasty. I usually come to Austin at least four times a year or more and this restaurant will be a place that I will always stop by. it's like a Hidden Gem in Austin...... Also the service was very good and friendly. the fried green tomatoes came with a lump crab something on top of them and it was wonderful.
