Went to pick up food and employee big black girl comes running up telling me I better be careful. The waitress had already told me I could pick up the order from the wall. Don’t understand why I’m being threatened by this physical violence, but the food is good
Our server Malik was amazing, we had a full table and he was always attentive to us. The place was busy and he still managed to show hospitality to all of his tables. Ask for him when you come to this location.
This is the only BWW I’ve eaten from in Austin. Unfortunately it’s just so hit or miss. If you’re ordering online, I would refrain from any weekend ordering (including Friday), or any ordering if it’s on a game day. It seems like on those days my food is not high quality. Sometimes I get delicious wings, other times not so much. Today I received wings that were not saucy, tossed well, and not crispy. I wish they could have more consistency at this location!
