Took my wife to Haywire at The Domain for Sunday brunch, and it was a fabulous experience. The food was great, and the service was excellent. Our server, Ellizzette, was very friendly, helpful, and made sure we had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely be back!
We had a great dining experience at Haywire in Austin. Everything came out beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. The steak and eggs were cooked perfectly the steak was tender and well-seasoned, the eggs were creamy, and the breakfast potatoes were crispy and delicious. Both burgers were juicy, loaded with flavor, and served on soft, toasted buns with perfectly seasoned fries. Went here for a date night. Fantastic place. Split the elk tacos and ceviche for appetizers, both of us got steaks with sides. Great cocktails as well.

Haywire is a great place to have special occasions. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The bartender and servers are knowledgeable and welcoming. The food is amazing, with great options like the double in-bone pork chop, cajun cream corn, pork belly bites, and garlic stuffed filet. The Cowboy Feast is also a popular choice, which includes the tomahawk, garlic stuffed filet, NY strip, gulf shrimp, and sides. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, with a chill vibe upstairs and a vibrant scene downstairs. The service is great, and the staff has fun working together. The restaurant handles unexpected situations, like a fire alarm, very well, thanks to managers like Keith who stay calm and communicate clearly. Overall, Haywire is a great restaurant with incredible food and outstanding customer service, making it a perfect spot to celebrate special occasions or just have a great meal. The drinks are also well done, with options like the midnight in marfa and the guava jalapeño margaritas.
