5/5 - came here after NADC burger a block away was closed during normal business hours and staff there was rude and cocky about it. Food was hot, fresh and fast. Ordered the Cadillac wagyu and small fries. Everything was exceptional. The burger was cooked perfectly, fries were crispy and salted to perfection. Would recommend Hopdoddy over NADC burger all day. Really liked this place. Very friendly service. French fries served in a stainless steel bowl. Very generous on the amount of fries. We are from out of town and wish we had this restaurant in our hometown. You won't be disappointed. Most importantly they had gluten free options for us.Dietary restrictions: Gluten option for bun. Fries cooked in dedicated fryer.

Hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I had the Cadillac Waygu Burger without bacon that normally comes on it, I’m Jewish. The wife had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. It was also amazing. The Parmesan Truffle fries were delicious. Cameroon the server was incredible, he went above and beyond. We live in Lubbock and were traveling to Dallas for a doctors appointment tomorrow and made a 3 hour detour to come here to eat and it was worth it.
